To request a refund, simply provide your full name, order number, and purchase date.

Refunds apply to first-time purchases only and do not cover renewals, reactivations, or requests made after the 14-day window. Issues related to your own internet connection, device incompatibility, or violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund unless it falls within the guarantee period.
